A particularly strange phenomenon, the Singing Stones was one of the reasons that this area was chosen as a new home. These stones are massive in size and all are arrange in a haphazard pattern. Their unusual name comes from the fact that should you take a metal object and lightly tap it upon the stone, you will hear a bell like sound. Each stone has it's own unique sound resulting in a great many Harpers being interested in the Singing Stones of Cepju.

This array of stones were placed as is the tradition of all Weyrs. From here, you can glance heavenward and chart the path of all the stars in the Sky. In ancient times, these were used to chart the path of the Red Star in particular but the Long Interval has seen it fall from use.
