This area is up higher then the others and is impossible to reach without the aid of a dragon. It is the highest point in all of the Weyrhold. From here, the Watchrider can monitor the happenings of the area around the Weyr. A Watchrider will also signal to the Drummer below if a message needs to be drummed out to everyone.
