Drum Heights

This location is where a Drummer is stationed. Generally an apprentice Harper, the Drummer is responsible for hearing and recording any messages sent via drum. They are also responsible for responding to any messages. Communication via this manner is primarily with ships entering the Two Rivers. It is also the place where any warning is called out to non-dragons in the area.
