| Cepju Weyrhold |
| Candidate Barracks
This area is home of the current groups of Candidates. Here, they will stay until they Impress or become too old to stand. There is a passage from the Barracks to the Hatching Sands and to the Weyrbowl. There is also a classroom for the Candidates to learn and study to become a dragonrider.

| Hatching Sands
These sands are off the side of the Weyrbowl but they are easily accessed from the lower caverns. The Hatching Sands have access points from the Weyrbowl, the Senior Goldrider's Weyr, the Weyrleader Office, the Candidate class room and the Weyrling Barracks. The entrance to the Weyrling area is the largest, allowing the new dragonriders to get their dragons to the Barracks without too much of a fuss.

| Lower Caverns
The Lower Caverns where you can find the caves for various crafts. There are also the Kitchens, Dining Hall and Store Rooms. There are tunnels here that seem to have no end, most are magma tubes from when the area was an active Volcano. The Smithcraft Hall has sent some miners, and Whers, to help carve out new rooms and quarters for people.

| Upper Level
This is the upper level of the Weyr and predominantly home to the weyrs where each individual rider and his dragon stay.

| Weyrbowl
The Weyrbowl is a large area covering the bottom of the Weyr. A river runs through the Weyrbowl and empties out into the two larger rivers that flow towards the the edge of the Western Half. One side of the Weyrbowl is primarily used for Dragons, Weyrlings and Candidates. The Feeding Grounds are at the Southern end of the of the Weyrbowl near the exit of the two rivers. A small enclosed area is also carved into the cave wall for Herdbeasts during the night and cold weather. The Western half of the Weyrbowl houses the Hatching Sands along with the ground level entrance to the Goldrider's weyrs.

| Weyrling Barracks
This area is home of the current groups of Weyrlings. Here, they will stay for a Turn and a Half until they are permitted to have their own weyrs. This opens up straight from the Hatching Sands and has several exits into the Weyrbowl. There is also a classroom for the Weyrlings to learn.

| Weyr Rim
The top edges of the Weyr. Up here is the Watch Dragon's look out, the Singing Stones, the Star Stones and the drummer's area. From this area, any person can scan all the way out to Sea and further north, making it the ideal look out place in the Western Half.

| Western Continent |
| Eastern Half
The mostly unexplored Eastern Half of the Western Continent. A few Pernese have ventured forth into this area to explore it but it does not happen very regularly.

| Eastern Volcano
The more dangerous of the two Volcanoes, the Eastern Volcano regularly spits out ash and lava into the sea beneath it. The area has steadily grown over the last two hundred Centuries with the activity increasing as the Red Star passes. The Volcano is currently off limit to everyone due to the danger.

| Mountains
The Western Half is covered with a great many mountains. Some are snow capped while others do not reach as high into the sky. Here you can find hidden valleys or secret plateaus; most places only found while on dragon back.

| Northern Forest
Situated in the center of the Western Half is a large forest separated by nearly impassible Mountains and starkly empty plains. Should one dig in the earth in the Northern Forest, they would find grubs burrowing in the dirt. These grubs are not found elsewhere on the Western Continent, having not managed to survive along the Mountains and been eradicated along the South by the incursion of Humans.

| Two Rivers
Two Rivers are the rivers that have exited from the Weyrhold and make their way down to the Sea. These rivers are wide and deep enough that nearly any ship may pass up it to the Weyrbowl. The more Northern River being the wider of the two.

| Western Volcano
The Smaller of the two Volcanoes, this one lies on the western side of Cepju Weyrhold. While it is active, it rarely does more then puff some smoke into the air. Creatures still regularly wander the grass lands below it so it is not considered a danger but it is still off limits to young Riders.
